We appreciate your business! Most of our product is made at time of order to insure longest shelf life possible. Therefore your order may take seven to fourteen days for delivery. If longer, we will notify you.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
RETURNS
Our candles, soaps and lotion products are hand made and hand poured. They may contain slight imperfections which provide character and beauty. We take great pride in our quality control and make most products at time of order. If, however, you feel your product is inferior or has a problem, please return the product postage paid within 7 days and we will either replace the item with a similarly priced item or refund your product cost.
Please contact us prior to returning the product for a return authorization code to insure proper credit.
